advanced bionic arm -- 2

Job ID: 40293920

Budget: $100 – $150 USD

Title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Needed for Bionic Arm Project (CAD + PCB Design)

Description:

I am developing a bionic prosthetic arm project and I’m looking for engineers to help with both the mechanical design and electronics/PCB design.

Roles Needed:

1. Mechanical Engineer

- Experience with CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred but not required)
- Design and improve a 3D-printable prosthetic hand/arm
- Work with servo-driven mechanisms for finger movement
- Ensure parts are strong, lightweight, and easy to assemble
- Help optimize the design for 3D printing

2. Electrical Engineer

- Experience with PCB design (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, or similar)
- Design a custom PCB to control and integrate:
- 11 servo motors
- 5 EMG muscle sensors
- 2 oximeter sensors to measure blood oxygen (SpO₂), heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature
- ESP32 or Arduino-based controller
- Implement power management for a battery-powered system
- Provide schematic, PCB layout, and BOM

Project Details

- The arm will use 5 EMG sensors to detect muscle activity and control movement
- 11 servo motors will control the fingers and wrist
- 2 oximeter sensors will be used to monitor SpO₂, heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature
- The controller will likely be ESP32
- The system should be compact and optimized for wearable robotics

Timeline

- Deadline: 2 days (3 days maximum)
- The timeline for this project is very tight
- Faster completion will be rewarded with higher pay
- Engineers who can deliver high-quality work quickly will receive priority and potential bonus compensation

Deliverables

- CAD files for the mechanical design
- PCB schematic and layout
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Basic documentation for assembly

Preferred Experience

- Robotics or prosthetics
- Mechatronics systems
- Servo motor control and embedded electronics

Budget: 100~150 (faster delivery = higher pay).

Note: DO NOT BID IF PRICE IS NOT RESONABLE FOR YOU
