Write an USB-CDC example code that runs on Nuvoton M480 Microcontroller

I need an example program that allows a virtual comport (usb-cdc) interface between a PC and the Nuvoton M480 u-controller. The example code is supposed to function as a repeater that echoes each byte received from the Putty terminal of a PC via USB port. This code needs to be gcc compatible so that the Eclipse IDE can be used. For testing the code, you will need the M483KG board that is available from the Digikey or Nuvoton. The Windows CDC driver (Nu-link2 Virtual Com Port) as well other example codes are available from the Nuvoton website.
