Wind Generated Snow Flakes for Xmas Display

Wind Generated Snow Scene
We're creating a xmas window scene for a large retailer in the north. For one of the displays we require fans which turn on via motion sensor. The idea being that someone walking past will trigger a series of small fans in sequence which will blow fake snowflakes upwards.
We need someone who can design, spec and program the electronics system. We'd be a looking at a run of 3meters by 400mm deep.
