I am in need of a skilled and experienced firmware developer to create a data collection firmware for a wearable IoT device using an existing project

Key Requirements:
- The firmware should gather 3 axis accelerometer data every 20 ms
- Data transmission should occur every 500 ms to 1 second. This high frequency is essential to capture real-time data for accurate analysis.
- The data collected should be of high accuracy with a high resolution. This is crucial for future monitoring of motion, activity levels, and sleep patterns.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing firmware for wearable IoT devices.
- Proficiency in working with 3-axis accelerometers.
- Prior experience in creating data collection and transmission functionalities, especially with high-frequency requirements.
- Strong understanding of IoT communication protocols, particularly with MQTT brokers with communication over Wifi.
