RS485 WaterMark sensorboard

I'm looking for someone to create a RS485 sensor board that can work with the watermark soil tension sensors as found here.

The link gives you information on how best to power and read these sensors. This sensor board will likely interface with rs485 node devices commonly found for IOT applications such as LoRaWAN and Catm1.
