I require a IoT system integrator to assist in the design of a IoT based control / monitoring system for a vehicle assembly plant's engine coolant supply, requirements as follows:
1. Robust Industrial Hardware
2. 15 Minute data interval
3. Refractometer (Analogue) measuring water/Ethylene Glycol mixture ratio
4. Ethylene Glycol supply tank level monitor with low level warning.
5. Mixing / supply tank level monitor with low level warning.
6. Water supply control including flow (solenoid valve) according to refractometer reading.
7. Ethylene Glycol supply control including flow (dosing pump) according to refractometer reading.
8. SaaS application for real time monitoring for client, (tank levels & refractometer reading)
9. Warning condition email & text to maintenance team.
10. Remote access via Wifi connectivity
