Variable Menu for Actuator Time Segments

I require a skilled programmer to construct a variable menu for my project. The end-user will initially determine the number of time segments. Each time segment must then take three sets of inputs: strain, strain percentage, and time duration. This will be for 6 actuators that are daisy chained and identified by device number (1-6) in total, with one variable per actuator per time segment. The ideal freelancer for this task will possess: The actuator control is already made (see attached) but will need to be combined with the user interphase menu. We are using a 4x20 lcd screen with IIC I2C serial interface Adapter and a rotary encoder.
