Using C# to draw a graph using SERIAL input

I need someone that has knowledge of this, to draw a graph from serial input which will be from an ADC on the MCU and given to the communication port via RS232. I should be able to save this as a CSV file and open it later in excel and the software itself. Software must be able to give me pane view and compress view. Deliverable is source code project file.
