Updating old components on a PCB board with modern components

I have some old PCB boards that some of their components are no longer exists and therefor I can't buy them.
I need to update these PCB boards by finding alternative modern components for these boards, and make sure that the new components works with this boards by reading very carefully the datasheet, create a circuit of the modern component and then test it.
The person who will help need to:
1) To be very good and have some good practice in finding the right electronics components
2) To be very good in reading/understanding Datasheet for components that is used on PCB board.
3) To be very good in deciding the suitable circuit for the modern component, according to all recommendation from the datasheet and own experience
Pls do not bid if you are not knowledgeable on all points above, so we save each others time
