USB-C CC1/2 line USB/PCB/Circuit Design Expert Needed

Job ID: 37793361

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Hey all I am just looking for a simple layout that will allow me to determine when both devices have been connected to the usb-c cable on both ends. It should just be a passthrough design that only monitors the CC lines for attach detection. I'm needing it to know if both ends are connected and not just 1 end of the cable.

I have attached an image of my KiCad schematic of what I currently have using the INA219. However, it may be better to use a FUSB302 that's designed to monitor both CC pins so that it dont have to use 2 INA219's for each of my 6 usb-c input/output connectors. I plan on using a Arduino Pro Micro for the i2c communication to the FUSB302.

I will be needing only 1 passthrough example that I can turn into the 6 input/outputs that I am needing.

As always, If you have a better way of doing this then I would like to hear about that way as well as a possible other option.
