I'm in need of a high-powered, USB Type-C powered audiophile-grade headphone DAC amp. This device should feature a built-in 20 band parametric equalizer and fit within a maximum size of about 70x40mm.

Key Features:
- USB Type-C input for both audio and power
- 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphone outputs
- DSP chip competent for a 20-band parametric EQ
- Four rotary encoders for Band, Frequency, Gain, and Q-Factor
