USB HID device with PIC18F4550

Total Controls is a company that develops flight sim gear at a consumer level. We are now looking for a coder and hard ware reviewer for our new product. It will be a HID unit with a 50 button matrix 8x7 and a LCD display that can communicate and output info from the game DCS World.
We need a USB Boot loader and firmware for this one time project.
