Design & Manufacture Tuya Zigbee Universal Remote Control (From Prototype to Mass Production)

Job Description

I’m looking for an experienced **IoT hardware product designer/manufacturer** to help design, prototype, and prepare **mass production** of a **Tuya Zigbee Universal Remote Control**.

This product will work as a **Zigbee-based universal remote** compatible with the **Tuya ecosystem**, controlling TVs, ACs, and other IR/RF devices.

### Scope of Work

* Industrial design (remote control housing & ergonomics)
* PCB design (Zigbee module, IR/RF, power management)
* Component selection (Tuya-certified Zigbee module preferred)
* Firmware integration with **Tuya platform**
* Prototype manufacturing & testing
* DFM (Design for Manufacturing) optimization
* Support with **mass production setup** (BOM, factory coordination)

### Technical Requirements

* Strong experience with **Tuya Zigbee products**
* Experience in **consumer electronics manufacturing**
* Knowledge of **IR/RF remote control design**
* Ability to deliver **production-ready files** (Gerbers, BOM, firmware)
* Experience working with **Chinese or global factories** is a plus

* Working prototype
* Final PCB & enclosure design
* Manufacturing-ready documentation
* Mass production guidance

### Preferred Background

* Hardware engineer / Product design studio
* Previous Tuya-certified product experience
* Proven track record of taking products to mass production
