Troubleshoot-Masterwood ATLAS CNC/Router

One of our CNC/Router isn't picking up the tools from the tool changer magazine on axis U carriage side. (towards the back of the machine). We are limited to using only 4 tools max at a time from the side tool holder((Rack-type tool changer magazine on machine bed side). Is there a technician in/around Ontario-Canada that has experience with such an issue and can help, specifically on a Masterwood CNC,?
