Transfering Programs Saved on DVR to Toshiba DVD Recorder

I am looking for someone who can help me transfer programs that are saved on my Spectrum DVR to my Toshiba DVD Recorder.

Requirements:
- Experience with transferring programs from DVR to DVD Recorder
- Knowledge of Spectrum DVR and Toshiba DVD Recorder
- Ability to complete the project within a week
