WO3 Thin Film Transistor Simulation in Silvaco TCAD -- 2

I'm looking for an expert to simulate a WO3 thin film transistor for biosensors in a liquid medium using Silvaco TCAD software. The simulation will later be used to generate a block diagram and various graphs, with the primary focus on the Current-Voltage (I-V) curves.
