Teensy 4.1 LAN Hardware & Troubleshooting Support

I am currently working on a project involving the Teensy 4.1 microcontroller and need assistance in setting it up with LAN to use it as ArtNet. Unfortunately, I am encountering issues connecting the LAN. Due to constraints, I was unable to purchase the official Ethernet kit from PJRC. Instead, I fabricated the PCB myself. Despite trying all the recommended solutions on the PJRC website, I have not been successful.

Requirements:

Experience with Teensy 4.1:
Knowledge of the Teensy 4.1 microcontroller and its functionalities.

LAN Setup:
Proficiency in setting up LAN connections on Teensy 4.1.

ArtNet Configuration:
Experience with configuring ArtNet on microcontrollers.

Troubleshooting Skills:
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Documentation:
Provide detailed documentation of the steps taken to resolve the issue.

Deliverables:
Working LAN setup on Teensy 4.1 configured for ArtNet.
Step-by-step documentation of the troubleshooting and setup process.
Additional Information:

I fabricated the Ethernet PCB based on available schematics.
I have followed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the PJRC website but to no avail.
