Switch to controller assembly

I have 40 pushbutton switches and six toggle switches that need to be connected to three controllers (max 16 switches per controller, per controller designer's specs). I have the controllers, switches, resistors, and voltage regulators. What I don't have are the motor skills, eyesight or mental capacity I had 30 years ago. I need someone to put them all together into working sets, with approx. 12" leads from switches to controllers.
