Rasberry Pi tells main controller (currently a pico) to turn 4 winches on. The main controller signals via LoRa to 4 winch controllers to turn on for 1.5 seconds.
There is an anemometer that needs to be connected to the Rasberry Pi, and if the wind speed is above X, the winch command is halted.
