Stepper / Servo Motor controlled with RS485 Modbus Protocol
Budget: €200 – €500 EUR
We are developing a project and needs to control Nema 34 Stepper and Servo motors with drivers. Servo will have 10Nm Torque & Stepper will be 8Nm Torque.
Project will have 7 stepper & 1 servo motor.
Please find attached the available datasheet of the drivers. We have servo driver from Bergerda and needs someone who has previous experience in working with this driver. Driver support from Bergerda does not look reliable.
The work can be done from remote location.
Touchscreen control panel with RS485 communication protocol will be used.
1) Switch On / OFF individual motors
2) Set separate speed for each motors
3) Control the direction of each motors
4) Set the number of rotation for each motors
5) Will have a drop down button against each motor with a number from 0 to 8
For testing pupose we will selct the number, this number will be for assigning the motor the positon of starting. A motor assigned number 3 will start after motors assigned 2 finishes the process.
All the stepper and servo drivers will be communicating through RS485.
This will be PHASE 1 of the project, we have divided the project in 4 phases.
