Stepper Motor / Servo Motor controlled with RS485 Modbus Protocol
Budget: €200 – €800 EUR
We are developing a project and needs to control Nema 34 Stepper (24v DC to 48V DC) and Servo motors (230 V AC) with drivers. Servo will have 10Nm Torque & Stepper will be 2Nm to 8Nm Torque.
Project will have 7 stepper & 1 servo motor. All communication will be through RS485.
Please find attached the available datasheet of the drivers. We have servo driver from Bergerda and would be ideal to get someone who has previous experience in working with this driver.
The work can be done from remote location.
Touchscreen control panel with RS485 communication protocol will be used. We can use Arduino Mega for the testing.
Project Requirement:
1) Switch ON / PAUSE / RESTART
Switching on START will run the Motors in series.
2) Start Direction: Option to Select DO NOT ROTATE / LEFT / RIGHT
3) End Direction: Option to Select DO NOT ROTATE / LEFT / RIGHT
4) Motor Speed: Option to select from 0 to 100
5) Motor Start Position: Drop down selection from 1 to 8 will be given against each motor.
Example : If we select the following options for each motor from drop down for "start position":
Motor 1: "1"
Motor 2: "3"
Motor 3: "3"
Motor 4: "2"
Motor 5: "4"
Motor 6: "5"
Motor 7: "6"
Motor 8: "7"
Motor full cycle - All motors will start based on the selected "start position", "set speed", "first direction" + "number of rotations", "second direction" + "number of rotations".
Then it will work as following:
1) Motor 1 will start first and finish its selected cycle
2) Motor 4 will start and finish its selected cycle
3) Motor 2 & 3 will start and finish its selected cycle
4) Motor 5 will start and finish its selected cycle
5) Motor 6 will start and finish its selected cycle
6) Motor 7 will start and finish its selected cycle
7) Motor 8 will start and finish its selected cycle
This will be PHASE 1 of the project, we have divided the project in 4 phases. We are looking to work with a good freelancer to complete all phases.
