Spark gap jamming device -- 2

Hello . I’m looking for someone with jammer building experience. This jammer must be a spark gap based jammer . The frequency range that is must sweep is 1Mhz to 10Ghz

Must be analog circuits! Digital circuits are too easy for the hackers to remotely disable.
Must sweep between 1Mhz to 10Ghz
Must use multiple antennas and/or broadband antennas.
