Solid state relay (SSR) circuit schematic and PCB layout
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require a circuit schematic design and PCB layout for a solid state relay.
The design needs to adhere to the following requirements:
Voltage range of 24V-->220VAC
Current: 40A
Interface: The design will interface with a microcontroller pin.
Load: The design is for highly inductive loads
Switching type: Random (Not zero-crossing)
Protection: The device needs protection against transient voltage spikes with a suitable snubber and protection circuit
PCB size: maximum 80x60mm (Preferably smaller)
The design should allow for the TRIAC IC (For example) T4050-6PF to be directly mounted on a heatsink on the bottom of the PCB. (The PCB should have a cut-out to allow for this)
