Solar led light circuit for single cell lithium battery

I'm looking to develop a solar LED light circuit for a single cell lithium battery. The required voltage for the circuit needs to be 3.7V, and the battery needs to be a Li-ion battery. The LED lamp should have a wattage between 1-2W. The project requires someone with expertise in developing a specialized circuit that is suitable for solar-powered applications. The end result should be a fully functioning LED circuit that provides the necessary wattage to the LED lamp while operating at the specified voltage rating.
- Solar panel 2.5w 5.5v

battery with BMS
- output minimum 1.5w continue until battery drain (battery BMS cutoff 2.8v)
- Auto on off function
- on off manual switch
- LED details 3.2v 60mA UV led
- it's OK for me to battery charger directly from solar panel (battery BMS handle overcharge discharge) but led must work on full brightness
