Smoke Detector Listener

I need a device that is able to:
1. Always be listening for Temporal 3 and Temporal 4 Smoke Detector Tones
2. When it hears T3 or T4 Tone activates a Relay that is connected to an existing RF BOARD
3. The Device should have a battery that can last for 2 Years
