I'm looking for an IoT developer to create a smart collar for pets. The primary function of this collar will be health monitoring, location tracking, and posture and health disease detection.

Key Features:
- Monitor heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate with the Acoustic Sensor
- GPS and Geo Fencing
- Track positions and posture with an Accelerometer Sensor
- Detect the surrounding sound, and the camera to record video
- Data to be sent to a mobile app
