A Small Circuit Design With Bluetooth Module and Charger or Batteries

I want to control a curve led display via bluetooth. I need this circuit powered without connected to any computer etc. so I need batteries or a charger too. I prefer microcontrollers rather than boards for a cost efficient design. No coding needed. Only the circuit design with proper components, a bom list and a report of why you chose those components is asked. I can give the required info of the curve LED in chat.
