On-Site Factory Inspection in China
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have several suppliers across China that are about to start production and I need someone on the ground who can walk through their facilities, observe the lines, and give me a clear, unbiased snapshot of what is really happening there.
The products range from electronics to textiles, so an eye that understands both of those industries will be valuable. During each visit I want you to focus on two things:
• Quality inspection – check finished and in-process goods against the specifications I will provide.
• Production process review – watch how the line is set up, note any obvious bottlenecks, safety issues, or corners being cut.
After each visit I expect a concise report with photos or short video clips, a summary of any non-conformities, and your recommendations for corrective action where needed. English reporting is fine, but you’ll need to communicate with factory staff in Chinese while you are on site.
