4-20 Ma Signal Conversion for Process Control
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require a skilled professional to convert and scale a 4-20 Ma signal into a serial output. This output is necessary for interfacing with a remote display in a process control system. Setup will be controlled with a microchip and LCD display. I have provided a partial schematic showing some required parts and pin locations as well as a partial PCB with required footprint to work with existing serial device. Key deliverables:
- Conversion and scaling of the 4-20 Ma signal into a serial output for process control.
- I would prefer the project use a PIC18F45K22-I/PT microchip since I have easy access to them
- At a minimum I need code and an updated schematic/BOM for the complete circuit
- I would prefer to receive a working prototype, but I can take your schematic and order a board up and test myself if needed.
