Shooting stick conversion

Hi, i want to develop a shooting stick/seat to create a "multi tool ".
The finished article will provide a seat, a game carrier, a walking stick and a magnetic spent cartridge collector. The seat needs to be redesigned to be capable of a, providing a seat, b, a bird carrier as in attached pics, c, be detachable from the stick which would be extendable, d, a magnet inserted into bottom end of stick. The seat does not have to hinge and fold, two sets of " fingers could be incorporated.
I dont know what material this needs to be made from, i am a gamekeeper with no design engineering skills, just an idea !
