Service Electric Scooter and Maintenance

I am looking for a professional with electric scooter servicing or general electrical servicing background to check on couple of scooters for my client in UK (MUST BE BASED IN LONDON). I am also looking to have them fitted with delivery boxes in the back so I will need your help to have them wrapped in our branding. Attached photo is for reference but not the actual company.
