Seed Dispensing Servo Funnel

I'm looking for a skilled engineer or technician to design and build a servo-operated funnel dispenser that handles medium-sized seeds, like sunflower or pumpkin seeds. With a remote controller. The dispenser should be capable of dispensing less than 1 lb. per batch, and must be as lightweight material as possible, as it will be attached to a drone to seed crops. It doesn't need to be too sturdy or bulky, very lightweight.

Key requirements:
- Experience with servo motors and dispensers would be great
- Capacity to design for less than 1 lb. per batch
