STM32F407 Power Control System Development

I'm seeking an expert in embedded systems and power control systems to help me develop a project using the STM32F407 board. The project involves reading from a Peacefair PZEM-004T-D-P with coil CT(HOT) AC meter and controlling relay outputs based on power calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read data from three current and voltage sensors.
- Develop code for controlling on-board relays based on real power calculations from the PZEM current meter.
- Implement control logic for relay outputs based on a threshold-based system.
- Develop for a 128*64 matrix display.
- Implement user interaction with six buttons.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in programming for the STM32F407 board.
- Familiar with UART communication protocol.
- Experienced in developing threshold-based control systems.
- Knowledgeable in real power calculations.
- Able to create an intuitive display interface and user interaction.
The project requires a professional with a solid understanding of embedded systems, power calculations, and control logic. Experience with matrix displays and user interface development is a plus.
