STM32L4 PWM GPIO pins

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my project to control both motors and LEDs using PWM signals on an STM32L496ZGT3 microcontroller. The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Programming STM32L4 microcontrollers
- Configuring PWM signals for motor and LED control
- Working with GPIO pins
The desired frequency range for the PWM signals is between 1-200Hz maximum. This project requires attention to detail and efficient coding practices.
The GPIO pin will have a ramp up duty cycle at a set frequency of 200hz. The duty cycle will start at 5% then ramp upto 100% within a configurable time range (from around 0.1 - 3 seconds).
The 16 PWM controlled GPIO pins will simply be triggered from 16 input GPIO pins.
