STM32 Industrial IoT Automation System

Job ID: 40547126

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I am building a network of STM32-based boards that will cooperate as a single, industrial-grade automation platform. The stack must handle real-time sensor acquisition, deterministic control loops, secure cloud connectivity, and reliable board-to-board communication inside a factory environment.

Here is what I need from you:

• Hardware: reviewed or freshly designed schematics and compact PCBs for several STM32 MCU variants (F4/F7 or H7 families are acceptable) with isolated power stages, industrial-rated IO, and fieldbus interfaces such as RS-485/Modbus, CAN-FD, and Ethernet.
• Firmware: production-ready code built in STM32CubeIDE (or compatible toolchains), leveraging FreeRTOS where helpful, with bootloader, OTA update support, and encrypted data exchange (TLS/MQTT or similar).
• Networking & orchestration: a lightweight protocol for board-to-board messaging plus seamless hand-off to an existing cloud dashboard (REST/GraphQL endpoints are already available).
• Validation: documented bench tests that prove timing accuracy, noise immunity, and safe recovery from power loss.

Acceptance criteria will be met once each board boots consistently, publishes telemetry, executes remote commands within specified latency, and survives 72-hour soak testing without fault.

If you have hands-on experience delivering STM32 or comparable ARM-based solutions for industrial automation, I would like to see concise evidence of that work: a brief description of the project, the MCU family used, and the key challenge you solved. That practical experience will weigh more heavily than formal proposals.
