I'm seeking a skilled engineer to design and develop an STM8S003 based controller. This project involves creating a system with three ADCs: one for reading input voltage, another for output voltage, and the last for current monitoring. The controller should have programmable features allowing manual control of output voltage via simple push buttons.

Key Requirements:
- Control the output voltage
- Implement hysteresis, timer, over-voltage trip value, under-voltage trip, and over-current trip settings
- Include resume and trip time delay timers

The user interface will be simple and intuitive, utilizing push buttons for all settings. The system will feature four seven-segment displays, scrolling each ADC value one by one, with multiplexed segment LEDs for status updates.

Ideal candidates should have:
