SGP30 Custom Circuit Board Design -- 2

Job ID: 36117065

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Design a circuit board for a small sensor (SGP30) on a 10mm x 20mm board. The edge of the board will have 8 pads to solder pins to, spacing at 2.5mm (like a normal header, but no holes). The SGP30 is a chemical sensor that uses 2 resistors and a capacitor. 1.8vlts supplied, plus ground and scl and sda.

I'll need the Gerber files along with anything else to be able to have this board produced.

The pins will be soldered flat to the board on pads, 2.5mm spacing so there is no bend in the pin so it'll fit in my enclosure.

The board is 20mm wide and 10mm tall.

The SGP30 is the datasheet of the sensor I'm using.

The board I'm currently using is this:

It's what I need, but I need to make the following changes:
-Width of board is 20mm. (or slightly smaller, just need to fit 8 pins)
-8 Pins will be exposed on the bottom of the board.
-The 4 middle pins will be exactly like the SPG Sensor in the link. (pins 3,4,5,6)
-Pins 1, 2, 7, 8 have a trace that runs to the top of the board with a pad at the end
-Voltage + and GND have a trace that runs to the top of the board with a pad at the end
-Maybe make the Voltage+ and GND in the same position and use both sides of the board (ideal)
-The added traces can be on either side of the board.
-The Voltage+ and GND pads are larger (3 mm?)

Attached is a mock up of what it might look like. The exact part placement doesn't matter except the SPG30 sensor needs to be in the same place as the example.
