Rockchip RV1126 programming

Hello, I am looking for guys who could program RC1126 SoM board ( u could find these at Alibaba/AliExpress pretty easily), i need you to use the video encoding engine (H.265 standard and the NPU for object recognition). The RV1126 will be connected to an STM32 via an SPI line for controlling light etc..

Please don't apply if you don't know to code that.
