Robotic Inspection System
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
With a camera mounted on a robotic arm, a printed circuit board assembly has to be inspected. Looking for some one to identify a suitable robotic arm, write software for positioning the camera, based on x-y co-ordinates, on top of a component on the electronics board. Controller board for controlling the robotic arm can be Beagle Board or Raspberry Pi board or similar.
To be done in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Proof of concept and first proto-type
Phase 2: Revised proto-type after incorporating the changes identified during Phase 1.
Quote only for Phase 1 now. We will discuss Phase 2 towards the end of Phase 1.
Any hardware required, either electronics or mechanical to interface the robotic arm to the microprocessor board, is not in this scope.
Remote working. Visit only if required and for testing
