Robot moves on XY coordinate

I need Robot moves on XY coordinate. I want to print a paper let us say 1000 mm by 1000 mm dimensions. each coordinate should has a bar code or QR code. the robot will read its location by knowing 2 QR code to know exact location and direction. after that, the robot can move to the target location. let us say each step of coordination is 5 mm.
I need an engineer to design this project. the control will be through BLE by using smartphone.
