Robot control through raspberry Pi over Local wireless network
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Robot has wheels for movement and has lifting mechanism. Wheel movement and lifting mechanism movement will be done through DC servo motors. Control of Servo motor will be done through industrial plc such as delta plc. Input of plc will be given through raspberry Pi over Local wireless network.
Operation will be as follows -
There will be controlling tab (HMI or Android Tablet / smartphone).
Tablet will be connected to local network through it can control 4 different robots located at different locations.
Robot can travel in only one direction and it has to lift up and lift down upon instructions.
There are multiple stations at fixed points at same distance interval.
Whenever instructions received from control tab to move at certain station, it will travel to that point, lift the mechanism and return back to origin point and lift down.
Control system of servo will be done at our end. But interface of raspberry Pi need to be impleted by project person.
