Reprogram Ness D8 alarm system - Rowville, Victoria, Australia

I moved into a house with a Ness D8 alarm system that needs to be reprogrammed. All the room sensors work, as does the external strobe light and siren however I have not been able to reprogram the system to set a new password. I also would like to add a station for the front door, the wiring has already been completed and it just needs to be connected to the motherboard.
