Replicate processor of old 2008 year device AVR ATMEGA Project attiny13 atmega8

I need to replicate atmel /amtega processors from old devices we do not have code as the constructor died and all lost, and we need to reestablish production of small scale special devices?
Can you help?
But it must be done remotely via TeamViewer if possible as we cannot send processors only. They are treasure and scarce. I lost too many devices, sending here to fake specialists. . We have a few models of old devices and we must do reverse engineering.
Is it possible?
As the device also was asking for PIN CODE 9 numbered, so access denied, and we need replicate with the same password, but the software is most important - the rest is simple electronics in the device.
It is 2008 year technology and this device people ask, and it was reliable niche special device. Writing new soft cannot be made as nobody can do it as it is niche specific branch. I searched two years.
We have here atmega8 so called 28 legs worm and atiny13
we must do reverse engineering.
Please help and advise any path to resolve the problem
