Remote control child’s ride on train

I am building a ride on child’s train to be used on the pavement. I am using a mobility scooter for the motor and would fit a Liniar actuator to control steering and forward/reverse lever.I would need an engineer to supply parts list and drawings on how to connect. Thanks Tony
