I'm looking to develop and manufacture a radio rangefinder for civilian use.
It is necessary to measure the distance to an object with RCS = 0.1m^2, maximum distance 3km, to an object with RCS = 0.01m^2, maximum distance 1km.
Only engineers with practical experience in implementing such systems. Preferably engineers from Europe, since there will be practical tests.
