ROS-Based Waiter Robot and Web App Design

I'm seeking an experienced ROS (Robot Operating System) developer to create a waiter robot with integrated 2D LiDAR.

Key responsibilities include:
Development of ros based program, hardware i.e electronics hardware
- Programming it to perform a particular task: to navigate to a location entered within a map, and then return to a reference position
- Developing the accompanying web application that enables this task.

Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in ROS, particularly in mobile robot navigation
- Proficiency in web application design and development
- Familiarity with 2D LIDAR integration
- Strong problem-solving abilities for creating efficient navigation solutions in the absence of a pre-defined map.
