RFID Reader Design

Hi there!

I'm looking for a Freelancer to designs an RFID reader-writer that can read tags ( 13.56Mhz - Mifare, Ntag213 or compitable chip) located up to max 5 cm away. This readers needs to be powered by USB and the purpose of the design should be for identification management.

**Important** :
- It must support multiple chip read and write operations at th same time. Close Anti-Collision
- Read-Write Mifare and Ntag213 ISO14443A 13.56Mhz RFID chip compatable
- C# development support tool or need sample source code.
- I prefer communication (data transfering) to be via Wifi.

The qualified freelancer should have experience working with RFID design and be able to create a design that meets the specifications outlined. Any question please contact me.
