RFID 125 KHz reader project

It is necessary to read the card with an opamp without using RFID 125 KHz ready integrated.
As mcu, stm32 or attiny can be preferred, when we read the card, it should give a one-time rfid tag code. and it should print it via uart with 9600 budrate.
