Pulse Laser Driver Schematic
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hi! I am looking for someone to design a circuit to drive a pulsed laser diode.
Project information:
Input voltage: 12v
Pulse length: Variable from 20ns - 50ns depending on trigger input
Trigger pulse: 1-3.3v
Laser diode: SPL PL90_3

The trigger pulse is coming from ESP32 MCU timer, this driver must drive the laser diode to the maximum rated current and all components should be compact and surface mount. If you have any further questions/clarification, feel free to contact me. Thanks!
