Prototype Microcontroller Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am designing a product that requires a microcontroller to perform some of the functions my product intends to provide. Basically, there will be two micro sensors attached to it - a fluid level monitoring sensor and micro fluid flow rate sensor. At the moment I am sourcing the sensors that would best fit the product design but I am getting some technical questions that relate to power usage levels and other matters that I believe directly relate to the intended microprocessor's design and properties. That is why I need a design schematic of this element of the total product. I have attached 2 sheets relating to the sensors I am presently looking at using. One page related to the micro flow rate sensor and is a list of questions received from one potential supplier. I can answer some of the questions such as the sensor is a series 1 as far flow range applies but the voltage requirements I have no idea when the type of microcontroller is considered. Data from this sensor will have to be stored.
The second page is a micro infra red liquid level sensor which when triggered for the present provide a warning from a small speaker more likely in the form of a mobile phone ring tone for discretion .
I would like it to be able to be connected to a desktop computer and also have WiFi capabilities for future development.
I am not pressing for a working prototype with software programming at this time. Just a design of the an appropriate microcontroller board with the necessary components and their specifications to achieve what I need it to do including the required power supply.
I have spent a great deal of time research WiFi enable microcontollers available , including the Arduino and Adfruit offerings and other possible components. I feel, I maybe just trying to reinvent the wheel so I have decided to seek professional help and advice.
For now I just need a technical design for this component of the product I hope that if I find the right person our collaboration will continue until this component is a fully functioning prototype. I would be happy to provide that person any further general or technical information they may require.
